Return to Beru (Yandex.Market)

The convector did not suit us, as there was not enough power to heat the room in the country. We turned it on only once. I decided to return it. I have the right. A week has just passed.
Filled out an application on the website. I called Yandex to clarify the details. I was told that I would have to send the goods at my own expense through the mail or PEC. If the presentation is not broken, the seller will return the money.
The handle on the convector’s cardboard box was torn. Perhaps even with such a handle, he came. And there was also a bag with fasteners in the kit. It broke when unpacking and, naturally, we put the mounts in another bag.
In support, I was told that in this case the presentation is broken and maybe the money will not be returned to me, but the convector will be sent back.
The convector was inexpensive – 1900 rubles. I figured that instead of spending money on return shipping, and with the likelihood that it will most likely be returned to me, it is easier for me to sell this convector to someone at a discount or keep it for myself.
By the way, if someone needs it, I will sell it at a discount. Pick up in Novocheboksarsk.
Return to Ozone
After that I started to arrange the return to Ozone. I cannot say what kind of product it is. I can only say that these are electronics that cost about 10 thousand rubles.
I bought this product about 4 months ago. And he broke.
I issued a refund on the Ozone website. The goods had to be taken to the nearest pick-up point. Return shipping is completely free.
I gave the device to a girl working there and she said that the money would be returned to me. I did not understand why they were going to return the money to me, if more than 2 weeks have passed, I thought they would be repaired.
Me: Why will the money be returned? Maybe they will repair it and send it back? I bought it for a long time.
D: If you could repair it here, then you would go to the service center and you would have it repaired. If they haven’t done it here, we will return the money.
I left the Ozone pick-up point and in less than 5 minutes I received an SMS that the money had been sent to my bank account.
Yandex a week later did not accept back a new convector with a slightly torn box (which may have been such) and without a bag for fasteners, and Ozone immediately sent money for a broken product purchased 4 months ago.
Ozone service exceeded all my expectations. I would be quite happy with the renovation, and I was immediately refunded.
After that you can’t lure me into Yandex.Market with any bonuses. It’s better to overpay a little than to have problems with the return later.
